Breakfast: berries with yoghurt
Lunch:Green salad with grillled chicken wings
Dinner:Steak and eggs
I didn't plan it but I ended my day without a Go lower meal, I think its my first,I was making the steak for the rest of the house and I just thought why not? I think I still kept to plan though the scales will tell at the end of the week. 5 more days!
